Take N1, Exit 39, turn right towards Stellenbosch (R304), turn right at Frankie’s Corner into Sandringham Road, turn right at the Sandringham gates.


Take N1, Exit 39, turn left to Stellenbosch (R304), turn right at Frankie’s Corner into Sandringham Road, turn right at the Sandringham gates.


Take R304 (Klipheuwel Rd), go over the railway bridge after the R301 and turn left at Frankie’s Corner into Sandringham Road, turn right at the Sandringham gates.

Please drive carefully. Traffic officials, security and police are deployed to assist you in moving smoothly and quickly.

  • This is an outdoor event: wear comfortable walking shoes & remember your sunglasses and sunscreen OR umbrella and water boots.
  • Toddlers might be better off in a ‘baby backpack’ than in a push-cart.
  • NO Domestic animals will be allowed at the Festival – please leave them at home.
  • Bring a cooler bag for your shopping.
  • Wet wipes are a great help for those sticky cheesy fingers.
  • Remember no tickets are sold at the gates and tickets for children between 2 and 13 years of age must be bought from Computicket at R20 per child per day.


  • There will be ATMs on site.
  • Read your festival programme when entering. All the venue layouts and programmes of events are listed.
  • No undercover parking is available. However, parking is conveniently situated near the entrance.
  • Building up a thirst: bottled water and water dispensers are available, for which you are allowed to bring an EMPTY bottle.
  • Buy a tasting glass at the gate @ only R20 or bring your own.
  • No alcohol will be served to persons under the age of 18.
