Early exhibitor access will allow for the restocking of your stand before the show opens.
Stands must be manned at all times and NO stand must be left empty at any time during festival hours.
Please ensure that you stock up with sufficient stock every morning.

NOTE!!! No exhibits or stand fittings are to be removed or dismantled before 18:00 on Monday 27 April 2020. The organisers create a platform for your products - please be considerate and honour your responsibility towards festival goers.
Stands and stock must be cleared by 11:00 on Tuesday 28 April 2020.
Shell scheme dismantling will begin on Tuesday 28 April 2020 at 08:00
NO ALCOHOL will be served to persons under the age of 18.
