In accordance with health regulations, ALL applications need to include a Cape Winelands District Municipality Certificate of Acceptability (COA) or a completed application form for a COA. You will find a link to an application form (in pdf format) within each registration below. You can download, print and complete the application form. Scan it or take a photo of the completed form and upload it as part of your registration (in pdf or jpeg format).
*If you have an existing COA from another municipality, you need to submit it, but in addition, you also need to complete the Cape Winelands’ application form.
